Capt. Anand Yerra as the Co-Founder and the Executive Director of Robomatic Precon Pvt Ltd. has the strategic and operational responsibility for the company’s offerings. He oversees the key business enabling functions of production and logistics of manufacturing lightweight thick hollow core concrete wall elements which act as perfect substitute for brickwork during construction process capacitating clients to design faster and smarter. He drives the key processes, systems and policies across the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company

Capt. Anand, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, exhibits his inherited competencies of entrepreneurship like resilience, people skills and tracing the opportunities in the target market and turning them into viable business.

In 1993, he set in motion with management of Convention Center in Hyderabad, where he nurtured his people skills and offered tailor made arrangements to clients’ specific requirements. He was key person in the family business of Rice Mills as well.

In the year 1998, he set his foot in the real estate sector where over years has accomplished successful projects. With over two decades of expertise in this sector, he has specialized knowledge in construction technology and forted in gauging the market trends.

He is not only passionate about construction domain, is a flying enthusiast who holds a Commercial Pilot license with a deep insight in flying maneuvers and enjoys the air space in his pass time.
